In 1982, Elizabeth Power established a sole proprietorship as a consultant providing services in business and program development, instructional design and training.
She became known for her work applying change management at the personal level to the organizational process during such events as after telecom strikes, during major industrial startups in automotive manufacturing, and organizational culture changes.
With a thirst for learning and growth that continues, she began to create personal learning projects. By 2004, these projects helped her change her business from a sole proprietorship to a micro-corporation with a network of over 30 consultants providing support to each other.
Working on a project basis so that effective, targeted teams can provide expert service, this allows all to pursue their dreams while serving others.
