We have over a quarter of a century of service in Adult Learning and Instructional Design services.  

Our specialities are competency-based, experience-focused and evidence-informed learning.  

We perform needs analyses, design, develop, implement and evaluate Instructor-led, Blended, and e-Learning.

In addition, we have provided organizational and systems change services to clients small and large in multiple industries for over twenty years. 

Our focuse is outcomes based, process focused and grounded in EPower's work in TQM and as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
