    Analysis of Needs: What causes the performance problem?  While "training" is often cited as the cause, the lack of knowledge or skill may not be the real issue:  it can be policies processes, or practices that support poor performance.  We can help you identify the issue and, if it is a need for increased skills, knowledge, attitude changes, or changes in process, we commit to you that we will assess and advise based on the findings so that the solution matches the cause.  

    Strategic Planning: Having a map that guides your direction is critical.  Whether it's help with the overview, or all the way down into the goals, objectives, tactical actions, budgeting, and communication processes, we can help. We are comfortable with creating change management plans, and with implementing areas of the strategic plan that are within our area of core competency.

    Instructional Design: When the needs analysis calls for training or performance improvement interventions, our people design competency based learning that is interactive, experiential, and effective.  Our unique pricing model for instructional design--based on the delivery hours instead of the hours required to develop the materials--is effective in controlling your costs.

    Development of Materials: We can develop materials in a variety of formats, and the format most of our recent clients prefer follows the information structuring processes validated by research as fostering the highest levels of learning and information acquisition.  Our instructional designers are certified in and use Information Mapping's "Formatting Solutions Software" for optimal use of your and our time.

    Implementation Support: EPower & Associates Inc. can help you with your need for project management for the entire project, for the rollout, and for ongoing implementation. According to your need, our project managers range from experienced to certified PMPs.  We also have facilitators and trainers at a variety of skill levels, across multiple trainers, who can deliver your materials.

    Evaluation of Programs and Training:  No matter what level of evaluation you seek, we are skilled in Kirkpatrick's and Philips' model (and have designed others) and can help you identify the immediate results, learning gain, retention, application, and ROI on your investment.  We can also help you with low- to high-stakes certification and have access to some of the nation's finest psychometricians.

    Six Sigma / Lean / Synchronous Process Support:  Our foundress, Elizabeth Power, is a recognized expert in analysis, improvement, and re-engineering processes in the service sector.  EPower & Associates Inc has worked with a variety of organizations in the analysis, improvement, or re-engineering of processes including small accounting firms, HR BPOs, manufacturing facilities, and professional service providers.

    Technology: We work with a variety of vendor-partners to provide our clients with technology services ranging from infrastructure development, network architecture and installation, application sourcing and documentation, as well as Level 3 and 4 e-learning development on a fixed price per hour of delivered training.
